Indigo Nili's Crazy-Easy Einkorn Bread Recipe **Dutch Oven, No-Knead

Einkorn		whole 2-lb bag of flour
water		3 1/2 cups
salt		1T
yeast		1/2 t (1t EWC)
apple cider vinegar	2 T
Sugar		(1T EWC)


preheat oven & dutch oven at 500 for 1/2 hour
remove dutch oven
pour dough in and cover
reduce temp to 450
put into oven for 40 minutes
remove cover and bake for 20 more minutes
